The organisation

Anyone aged between 18 & 30 can join, whether male or female, student, employed, unemployed or homemaker.

 Bodmin Town Public Library

Get It Loud In Libraries Team - Your role could include graphic design to promote events, contacting local media outlets to promote events, identifying and contacting possible acts, updating the Facebook page, listing events on Seetickets.com and other tasks that arise. These activities are home based.

On event nights, tasks will include working front of house or at a concessions/merchandise stand, assisting with sound or video equipment, photographer and general helpers to ensure events run smoothly.

No specific qualifications or experience needed. Volunteers must have excellent communication sills and a positive attitude.

Cornwall Waste Action

Volunteer Compost Mentors
Cornwall Waste Action (CWA), a non for profit environmental organization, is currently looking for volunteer “Compost Mentors” in Truro and St Austell to take part in a project that aims to encourage more people to compost their food and garden waste at home, and to grow their own food.

No previous experience is needed. You do not even need to be composting at the moment as training is provided.
