	About me	I want to be elected because I’ve always had an interest in politics, and have a passion for helping people, and I think this would be a great way of doing that. I would like to carry on with fair-trade work, introducing local products as well, get all students directly involved with SU issues and decisions, as well as introducing Uni style student societies like a rugby club or film appreciation club for example. I’ve also campaigned to get the gym to open later, and talk with the cinema about introducing a weekly student night. Make the CCSU the best it can be!

	About me	I want to be the LGBT officer because LGBT students at st Austell currently have no representation and I feel they need to be represented. Some things I want to achieve in the year I'm here are a party for LGBT students from the whole of Cornwall, homosexual sex ed as well as heterosexual and seminars/training for the teachers with regards to homophobia and how to deal with homophobic bullying. It would be great to make all LGBT students feel welcome and free to act normally within college!
